well i say everyone but prob no-one will read this anyway, but thats ok its for me.....
I want to write down my progress (bit like a diary) on my weight loss and fitness. And this is my first day. WOOHOO 4 me.
well yesterday i decided that it was time to start getting back on track in relation to my health, fitness and my purse, cause lets face it putting on weight is expensive, ie new clothes and extra food cause it takes a lot to maintain an overly curvacious body hehe. Im currently 91 kg's my BMI is just over 29 (which is apparently not good at all. My goal weight is 75 that i would be happy with , oh and the weight thingy said that 57 - 77 would be my ideal.
well yesterday i took the plunge and joined a gym which they reckon is not really a gum but a fitness centre (all the same to me ). it cast me 99 dollars to join and 62 per month after that which i thought was pretty good im on a casual membership so i can opt out at any time which to me means minimum preassure. Oh did i mention i gave up smoking too so thats was a nother hurdle.
The reason for my HUGE weight gain was i hurt my back im not sure how i did it but basically it ment putting on 15 kg's in only 3 to 4 months well i ended up having spinal surgery in August and i have just gotten ova laying around doing nothing so now its time to start.
Today im going 4 my fisrt session with a personal trainer where she will weigh me and measure me( imm not really looking forward to that bit i can see all my blubber i dont need to know how much is really there).
And after that i'll come home and put my results on here so no-one can see them lol
