    Day 1/77

    Hi I'm Maddy, I'm here to lose 8 kg by the end of the year. Today I went to the gym for an hour and I walked there and back so overall I was doing some kind of exercise for 1 hr, 40 mins. I ate an apple and a bowl of mus lea for breakfast and resisted temptation in having pancake which someone just happened to be making. And I think I'll skip lunch and just eat dinner cause I'm not very hungry at the moment. Don't know whats for dinner whatever is served and then I shall repeat this day basically maybe with different foods from Monday-Friday until new years eve. Please write to me if you want a weight loss buddy or someone to keep you motivated and focused. xx Maddy

    hi there maddy im alaine

    i have also just started a weight loss thing but im calling it a tone up and get fitter thing cause i dont like the thought of loosing (weight, giggle giggle) i jopined the leisure centre at the end of my street hehe i still drive and its only 3 stort blocks oh well one day i will walk .......... maybe. well i want to loose  weight and get fitter cause i had back surgery at the end  of august and had to lay around 4 8 weeks well now its time to get rid of the extra kg's i put on from doing nothing about 15 kg's i want to get back down to 75 kg's im a tall girl and i carry it well. good luck with it all and right back if u want to

    Good to know I've got someone whos doing the same thing i'm doing! Good luck with everything and I suggest walking to the leisure centre, because why the hell not?
