Hi I'm Maddy,
I'm here to lose 8 kg by the end of the year.
Today I went to the gym for an hour and I walked there and back so overall I was doing some kind of exercise for 1 hr, 40 mins.
I ate an apple and a bowl of mus lea for breakfast and resisted temptation in having pancake which someone just happened to be making.
And I think I'll skip lunch and just eat dinner cause I'm not very hungry at the moment.
Don't know whats for dinner whatever is served and then I shall repeat this day basically maybe with different foods from Monday-Friday until new years eve.
